Preservation
The Aladdin Hotel was listed on the National Register of Historic Places as part of Downtown Hotels in Kansas City, MO. Our mission is to restore and preserve the original elements that made this building the blueprint for luxury in the 1920s. From the imported marble columns, terracotta details, intricate tiles, the Aladdin will carry on it’s original elements to it’s new history in 2025.

Construction Updates
Timeless designs are hard to come by, and the original builders knew what they were doing in 1925 with terrazzo flooring, imported marble columns, barreled ceilings, and many intricate architectural and design details. Molzer Development will be restoring the original details, while adding modern elements to compliment the design.

Construction Milestones
After an initial audit of the building, it was discovered that around 30% of the windows were covered. We are bringing back all of the forgotten natural light, allowing each unit in the building to have an average of 6 windows each.
